I like that you write Clay as someone very different in feel from Sam
I can't really take credit for that... I think the easiest thing would have been for Jared to fall back on his years as Sam and phone in the Clay performance, but he didn't. Jared created a whole new character, and he did it so well that I didn't think 'Oh, there's Sam' anytime he was on screen. However, I did think 'I really hope the Supernatural costume department starts dressing Sam in tighter clothes next year, rawr'. ;D
