Um, Ow...

Have you ever come down a darkened stairway, and most of your brain says "There are two steps left," but the part of your brain that controls your foot says "There's one step left," and your foot listens to the part of your brain obviously not connected to your eyes, and you come down hard on one foot, and you hear something snap?

Yeah, me neither. 'Til this afternoon.

*sigh*

Ow. Again.

I figured the best thing to do was ice it and keep it elevated. I'll call the doctor in the morning. Will probably have to go for x-rays. Hopefully I won't need a cast, 'cause, yeah, 100+ heat indexes and me with my foot encased in plaster. Whee.

Well, if I had known what it would get me, I would have thrown myself down the stairs ages ago!

Loved the first two. *g* I should think of something *really* good(evil) for the last one...but, nah, you preformed above and beyond the call of duty, I'll go easy on ya. :)

Thanks, but I'm not going to hold out a lot of hope. When I flex my foot I can feel stuff moving around in there! *shudder*
