I can SEE!!!

I have new glasses to replace the old ones that kind of fell apart on me the other week and now not only can I once again see, I can SEE, as in 'wow, my prescription really had changed, hadn't it'. Everything's so clear, and bright, and big, and it's giving me massive headaches, but at least I'm not squinting all the time, and I can read road signs now, which, you know, is a plus.

I know I owe somebody a birthday fic, but the requested muses have been quiet for a long time. Any ideas or prompts would be more than welcome.

Well, it's nowhere near my birthday, but really if you are looking around for some pretty boys to play with, I'm pretty sure I know of some who are just begging to ordered around!!

Or maybe you can help me....I started an idea, but I really, REALLY don't write fiction well (and don't even get me started on my patheticness at writing porn). The idea was totally SPNRPSAU (I just wanted see how many letters I could string together there! Tee!). Basically, it was JDM as a music teacher at a high school & Jensen is his new teacher's aide. Porny hijinks ensue.

I didn't include Jared, mainly because I am not attracted to him and therefore tend to forget about him when I think of porn. But if this catches you and you want to put him in, be my guest. I don't know...maybe Jensen's roommate who ends up joining the fun. I tend to get all squicky over high school teacher/student relationships though, so that's why I made Jen the aide. Now, college prof/student relationships rock my world, so maybe it can all be on a college campus.

Or you can ignore EVERYTHING!! I don't mean to be pushy...really! I've just had this in my head and I have the craptastic writing so I've been trying to get other people to write it!!

I like your idea, in fact I was entertaining a teacher au a while ago, but... I kind of feel the way about JDM that you feel about Jared. I'll read the occasional Jensen/Jeff 'cause, you know, hot men sexin', but I'm a Jensen/Jared girl at heart and I tend not to stray far from my OTPs.

I'm thinking your journal entries prove you wrong. *g* You might be unfamiliar with writing fiction, but you're a great storyteller. Dude, you used the word ensue. Correctly. That automatically elevates you over a good 80% of people over at fanfiction.net. ;)

But no really...I have this weird thing with fiction. I'm really bad at it. I kinda don't understand. Because I do know that in most cases, I'm a pretty durn good writer (I can write a research paper like nobody's business!) but when it comes to fiction, it just doesn't come together. I think it's that I don't have the patience. But thank you for the offer of help. Really, I do appreciate it!

I understand about Jeff. It's not really the obvious pairing (not that obvious is bad...I think that this fandom shows just how nice the main pairing is...you don't always get that in fandom). I just have this thing for a scruffy older man and his beautiful boy (hello ViggOrli!!), and like you, I tend to stick with my favorite pair.

Have you read some of nilchance's J3 stuff? It's the type of stuff that makes you forget why you don't find the third one attractive. Plus it has the hot men sexin'! And that's always a good thing!

Yay for new glasses - when I got mine, I was amazed at the difference.

And the headaches will probably disappear after a week or so - it's just your eye muscles adapting to the new strentgh (I hope!).

That's one of my things too *g*, but after seeing Jared and Jensen at the Paley festival, and the behind scenes special on the first DVD set *points to icon* my J-squared tinhat got practically welded on. They're just so darn affectionate and happy towards each other. A girl can wallow in the gutterdream, can't she? ;)

I have read her J3 series. *fans self* Yeah, that was nice.
