Okay.
I guess my first and visceral reaction
Fuck you, Kripke. You just had to go there, didn't you.
My second reaction, after I calmed a bit and gave closer examination to my feelings beyond the whole complete rage thing, was apprehension mixed in with a good dose of hopelessness.
Okay, Kripke, you went there, now, can you get yourself (and Dean) out, and do it in a way that doesn't involve jumping over any toothy fish?
I think the fact that they actually showed Dean in Hell is what's rubbed me the wrong way. This show was supposed to be about two blue collar guys riding around in an awesome car, killing monsters. And now one of them has superpowers and the other is stuck in an alternate dimension... I just... No, show. No.
Of course we did get the boys rocking out to Bon Jovi, and Dean putting one over on Ruby before everything went pear-shaped, so the ep has that going for it.
Still... so not happy right now.
