Reenacted the shower scene from Arachnophobia this morning.

I hate spiders who don't respect your personal space bubble.

Little eight-legged perverts.

I'm assuming you had a good laugh about it and put her outside unharmed, right?!

Ick. The spiders in our home don't usually get that far.

Plus we have a crack team of spider-killers in our cats. It warms my heart to wake up some mornings and find a spider corpse sitting on the floor. (I figure they think of the spiders as awesome toys. Until they "break" and "stop working" at least.)

I don't hate them, per say... I just hate when they get all touchy-feely. I just don't see why they can't stay in corners and crevices where they belong, and off of the damn showerhead. Who the hell decides to build a house on a showerhead?1

Since that would have required spelunking down the drain... no.

It's like when humans go whitewater rafting; sometimes you have to accept the risk.

Well, look at it from the spider's POV. She's sitting there minding her own business, maybe hanging out for a tasty cockroach, then suddenly there's a massive alkaline waterfall out of nowhere and a 2 thousand foot tall monkey screaming at her...
