saoneSo, things have been kind of bleh lately. I blame the heat. I haven't lost a few months, have I, 'cause it feels like we're in August.
Finally, after years of planning, and about ten months of having the various equipment, we have a fish pond in the backyard. Mom thought we should just start with three goldfish, the cheap kind, in case the cats develop a taste for sushi. As of six o'clock this evening, Appetizer and Dessert were still with us, but I saw no trace of Entree. Hopefully it's just hiding.
Got a bit shrill with the boss today. Had a good reason, though. Get this, instead of putting a twelve hundred dollar check back in a locked drawer, where it belonged, he put in on my desk. Under a pile of papers. Without telling me. He's been doing stuff like that more and more recently, like handing me papers with bits of information on it, and then walking off without telling me what the hell I'm supposed to do. I'm seriously thinking about sitting him down for a talk. While I tested pretty high for retrocognition, my telepathy skills suck.
Been having fun, and spending way too much time, going through my comics for my All Tim, All the Time mood icons. Timmy.
