This Past Week...

Got a promotion at work (yes,you are reading the livejournal of an office manager now) which came with an itty, bitty, little raise, and five extra days paid leave, so, yay.

The Impure Things website has been, for the most part, updated, thanks mostly to the insistent prodding by Angel Negra *g*

Found an awesome pair of leather boots, on sale.

Okay, I didn't want to say anything before because there was always a chance that I might not have gotten in, but since I just found out I was accepted... *takes a moment to jump up and down excitedly*

During the months of November and December my jewelry will be in a museum show dedicated to Virginia artists and crafters. A museum show. Excuse me while I giggle like a lunatic.

Someone saw my work a few weeks ago and invited me, but I still had to go through the whole selection process. Now it's just a matter of picking out what I want to take up there, and deciding what new stuff I should make.
