(no subject)

While I'd like to say that the reason I hadn't posted lately is because I've been sking in the Alps, or rafting down the Amazon, I can't. Because I haven't. To sum up the past few months in a nice quick fashion, my Grandmother had a triple bypass, my mother broke her tailbone, and I had (and, evidently, am still recovering) from a bout with that 'killer' flu thing. Not to mention the hurricane, tornados, and earthquake, oh my!

Crap.

I've decided that I'm either due some seriously good karma, or I racked up one hell of an impressive body count in a former life.

In other news: Christmas! Gah! What the hell happened to December? For that matter, what the hell happened to November? I asked my mom if this losing track of months thing is something that happens as you get older, or if it's connected to the busybusybusyness of the past couple of years. We decided to blame society instead of senility.
