(no subject)

It's official... I am now a free agent (which is a much nicer way of saying I'm unemployed). It was an almost clean break--I'm still waiting for one last paycheck and a letter of recommendation that I had been promised. The bookkeeper said she's going to ask about severance pay. I nearly laughed myself sick and told her not to worry, that I wouldn't be holding my breath.

And so begins the next stage of my life wherein I'm self-employed web/graphic/print designer who does beaded flowers and jewelry on the side. I wonder if I could put all that on one card?
