saoneSpoke too soon about Philly. Not going to get into specifics, but let's just say, if everyone who now wants to go did go, I'd have to share a 12 hour van ride with 3 kids. 3. Under the age of ten. Kids. Oh, HELL no. And, I'd most likely be assuming babysitting duties as well. Not to mention the added expense of getting a hotel room, and actual meals... *shakes head*
And, yeah, I'm bummed. I was starting to look forward to the whole experience of it, not just the convention, but also the taking a road trip with friends, sleeping on somebody's floor, existing on poptarts and water. I was having flashbacks to high school. In a good way. *g*
