saoneWell, so much for the whole 'I'll update at least once a week' thing I told myself. Good excuses, though. Good excuses. Kind of forgot to pay the ISP bill. You know, they will shut you off if you don't give them money every month. Heartless bastards.
Ranted and raved, and was threatening to pulling my hair when Mom gave me an early birthday present. The Unleashed expansion pack for The Sims. I started playing and I'm pretty sure I didn't blink for at least two hours.
And, yes, birthday. I had another birthday. Joy. Am having periodic episodes of What-the-hell-am-I-doing-with-my-life-itis where I get bonked over the head with 'yes, I have health insurance, but I'm pulling in scraps, and honestly, is this what I want to be doing for the rest of my life?', and 'dear god in heaven I'm now four years away from thirty', which is, right now, a bad number for me. Odd. I think I'm going to end up being one of those people who enjoy their thirties more than their twenties, but it still doesn't mean I'm in a hurry to get there. So, pre-mid-life crisis. Mid-mid-life crisis. Whatever.
Am thinking of a new career path. Have decided I want to write comics.
