oh my god, there are two screaming children in one of the upstairs offices, and the parents aren't doing a damn thing to try and shut them up, they're just trying to talk over them, and I'm an entire floor below them but I'm thinking about pulling my hair out and/or shoving the entire family down into the basement.

ETA - They're gone. Oh, sweet, blessed silence, they're gone.
