Did anyone else think that all the lingering close-ups of Sam's blood meant we were going to see something freaky? I kept expecting Dean to like drop a silver knife, or something and have the blood react John Carpenter's THING style.

btw- saw the FRIDAY THE 13TH remake and enjoyed it- loved the riffs on previous parts in the series (the sleeping bag death rocked!) although the total lack of male nudity was a downer *g*
