saoneUgh. Been a sucky few months. Dealt with some health problems including a propensity to develop an ocular migraine if I looked at a computer screen for more than a few minutes at a time. Turns out it most likely had something to do with sinus pressure. Of course, that makes... no sense whatsoever. Blergh. Does anyone else have a completely messed up body, or is it just me?
Anyway, bright side, I can look at the screen without needing to lock myself in a dark room for a few hours afterwards.
Spent most of my enforced hiatus working on various arty things, though I did do some old school paper and pen writing. Not sure if any of it will make it to digital form. We'll see.
Going to be working on taking pictures of my new pieces, and getting my website back up. Craft shows have gotten so tedious and crowded with resale stuff that I'm thinking about forgoing them all together and just sticking with online sites like Etsy, and Trunkt.

Arrgh- massive computer problems (possibly ongoing); possibly going to lose an entire year of work on my Forensics Project due to the Fisheries Dept rejecting my application (despite the initial approval they gave it) plus haven't gotten laid since January.
This has not been a banner year. I'm officially subtracting 2009 from my age...

Ocular migraine sounds dreadful and anything that cuts out computer time has to be bad!!

Date: 2009-10-03 03:07 am (UTC)Ocular migraines are like regular migraines except on top of everything else, your vision kind of fuzzes out too. It's like seeing life as a particularly static-y television station. And, yeah, I was kind of dying without my regular computer fix. :)
Luckily everything seems to be evened out now. Keeping fingers crossed.
