What a week

saoneSaw The Losers. LOVED it. If you see it (which you totally should) leave your logic at the door and just sit back and absorb the action sequences, and explosions, and the overall hotness of the cast--especially JDM who's just, damn, HELLO--and be happy with a cool, little, start-to-summer movie. It definitely whetted my appetite for Iron Man II.
We somehow acquired another cat. I don't even know... He's been hanging around the house for a few weeks, but he was keeping his distance from any humans. We were going to try and get him in a have-a-heart trap and take him to the Humane Society, when all of a sudden, like freaking switch was flipped, he started coming over all purring, and sweet, and looking at us all adoringly. Ugh. I hate getting played by a housecat, especially since I'm still a dog person, dammit.
He's a sweetheart though, and healthy, and the vet thinks he's at least two which means his chances for adoption wouldn't be that great, so... yeah, he's ours now. But we are so taking up the Welcome mat.
