First Offical Cap Trailer

So, yesterday afternoon I posted about the first Cap movie poster, and then last night, during some sort of nationally televised sporting event, the first Cap trailer came out.

Okay, on first view I thought the shots of CE pre-serum were really odd, but I'm pretty sure that's just because I've never seen him as anything other than all buff and brick-shithouse-ish. With subsequent viewings (of which there have been many) I've gotten more into it. Loved the appearance of the Howling Commandos, and the Red Skull looks scary and not cheesy.

Again, I ask, is it July 22nd yet?!?!

Is july 22nd a world wide release dat? I live in the UK and will be DEVASTATED if I have to wait longer for it!!! I WANT IT NOW!!!!!!

According to filmdates.co.uk you guys will have to wait a week until the 29th. :/

IMO we both should have been getting it a few weeks earlier, though. How did stupid Transformers 3 get the July 4th date over Captain Freakin' America?!

That is actually a VERY good question. I mean what's more patriotic Captain America or Transformers 3?!! Honestly, sometimes I think fans should have these jobs and the stuffy guys &gals in suits should be made to bring us food & drink!! we could poke them with a cattle prod if they start dragging their feet!! lol x

Thanks for giving me the heads up on the release date :0) I'm gonna be on holiday on the 29th but it'll be something to look forward to, right?

No, he definitely looks weird. Like they put grown up Chris' head on a fourteen-year-old Chris' body. But, like I said, that might be because we're used to seeing him all... you know... muscley... What were we talking about? ;)
