Anybody up for a quick Clint/Coulson beta?

So, I got my dates mixed up for one of the holiday exchanges I'm doing and instead of being due next week, the fic's due tomorrow! Ack!!!

It's an AU, and it's finished at just under 6000 words, but I'd really, really appreciate it if someone could take a look.

Actually, I've got another Avengers AU that needs to be betad too, but the second one doesn't have that lovely timecrunch goodness that this one does.

I'm mainly interested in SPAG. I know some parts are a little choppy, but since the deadline's so close I'm just going to have to go with it.

I figured out what happened, though. The email that had my assignment said the fic is due Dec. 5th - so that's what I was going on - but the comm's timeline has the due date as Nov. 30th. Argh. /o\

Random thought totally unrelated

I remember, I think, you'd mentioned a while back that you were enjoying Invisible Man. Which I loved when it was on, then promptly forgot about. Go me.

The thought popped in that it would be awesome to see a SPN [or CW] & Invisible Man crossover. One of the SPN/CW guys meets Darien et al., then gets locked in a room [or something] with Darien and...oh oops, he's not quite right.
I'm not a writer, I quite suck at writing, so this is something I could not accomplish. But the general idea was nifty. It'd have, say, Dean/Jensen trapped with Darien, things are going fine and then they really really aren't. ["Dude, are you aware your eyes are bloodshot like an addict?" "Uhhh, are you aware your eyes are...silver?"]

Which brought me to a song I recently have decided I love. I don't know your music tastes, so there's a great chance you'll not care for this. But I would suggest at least giving the sample a listen [the mp3 is free if you do like the sample]. It gives the chorus which is fantastic.

Oh, wow, I did watch Invisible Man way back when (Vincent Ventresca was adorable), but, like you, it was kind of out of sight, out of mind when it got canceled. I like to think of it as a self defense mechanism so I don't mourn for good shows too long once they're gone.
