"It's the holidays, everyone's in misery..."

Well, that was the holiday from hell.

Short rundown: one of the cats disappeared for two days, we found out the fifty year old oven doesn't heat right so the turkey only got half cooked, the car got stuck in some mud and I popped something in my knee trying to get it out, did I mention the cat disappeared?

At least we're staying home for Christmas. Of course one of the relatives we're having over is the same one we had committed earlier in the year after he started getting messages from god.

Is it January yet?

Oh, the little diva came back on her own. She had lost her collar and was hungry, but other than that she was perfectly fine, not a hair out of place. I think she was just hiding until she decided we had been sufficiently punished for making her spend 3+ hours in a carrier. Mom showed her the lost flyers she had made and the evil little thing actually started to purr. ;P
