dead from cuteness
Aug. 28th, 2006 03:50 pmSpent most of the weekend getting the rescue kitty settled in his new home.

Mom & I managed to get her husband to agree to take him, which means I'll still get to see him a couple times a year. I'm glad. He's such a little charmer, I'd have hated to have completely given him up.
He saw the vet on Saturday, and aside from a nasty case of earmites, he's in pretty good shape. Way too thin, though. The vet said he's about 4 months old, but he only weighs 4.5 lbs. However, with the way he's hoovering down anything that gets put in front of him, I don't think he's going to be underweight much longer. *g*

Date: 2006-08-28 09:45 pm (UTC)Absolutely precious. The skinniness will subside, though be warned that he'll probably fart a LOT as his digestive system kicks into gear. My ast few rescues were the pootiest kitties evah until they got some weight on, and then they were okay.
Congrats!
