it's cold and rainy and I'm into my second week of being sick. I firmly believe that sinuses exist in some kind of pocket dimension, because there's no way the human head can hold so much damn snot by itself.

Have you tried Mucinex? (Or Mucinex-D? But that's the one where you have to sign over your firstborn ask at the pharmacy counter.)

I've found it works wonders.
